How to reschedule your order and change your delivery address.
Your guide to understanding the impact on delivery times for standard and express deliveries
The delivery process is initiated once your order has been handed over to our courier service. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, and an estimated delivery date will be generated.
If you need to reschedule a standard delivery, please contact our customer support via email at info@litehouse.co.za or WhatsApp us on 066 298 7604 as soon as possible. *Please note for express deliveries, rescheduling is not possible.
We will work with our courier service to accommodate your request and log a request to them to advise when you will be available.
Please note: Rescheduling your delivery may result in a delay of one or two business days, depending on the courier's next available delivery date in your area.
Express Deliveries: For express deliveries, which are typically completed within 1-2 business days, rescheduling is not possible. Once the order is processed, it cannot be changed.
